When you think about where you focus your time and energy, you can easily determine if your marriage is a priority in your life. We must make an intentional effort to make our spouse our number one priority. If our relationship is not in its proper place in our lives, it can erode the marriage and make problems and challenges difficult to overcome. Build a strong, healthy and Godly marriage for happiness and longevity.

In marriages, we must be sensitive to our spouse's pain. Be careful not to be the source of pain in your relationship. Instead, position yourself to be their primary source of relief serving as the helpmate God intended. This is important if we are to create a Godly marriage - living in the role and purpose our Creator intended.
